Question

No. Google is happy for businesses to ask customers to share a genuine experience. What it doesn't allow is asking only the people you expect to be happy, or offering anything in return for a review. That's why there's no star question in front of our review page: everyone sees the Google button. We've set the rules out properly in How to get more Google reviews without breaking Google's rules.

Common questions

The setting up is on us. After that, requests go out when you add a customer or a set time after the job, Autopilot answers new Google reviews inside your working hours, and articles arrive as drafts. What's left is stamping a card at the till. Autopilot is a switch, not a requirement.
