Reviews, loyalty cards, websites and local search. Newark-on-Trent

LocalQuiver looks after the online side of independent businesses: we ask your customers for reviews, put a loyalty card in their phone, and build the site that shows the reviews off. We set it up, and what you switch on keeps running.

The four things we do

Reviews, a loyalty card, a website, and getting found

Take one, or take all four.

Getting the reviews in, without screening anybody

We ask your customers for you, by text or email, in your words. Follow-ups chase as many times as you set, and stop when someone acts. We never screen anybody: there is no star question, so everyone sees the Google button, happy or not. Beside it, a private feedback button that comes straight to you, never published. They can also record a two-minute video testimonial, ticking the consent box themselves.

Every review answered, in words you chose

Replies are drafted in your voice: tone, length, sign-off. Approve each one, or let Autopilot answer Google reviews above a rating you choose, inside your working hours. It answers only reviews arriving after you switch it on, unless you ask it to work back through old ones. Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Facebook can't be replied to automatically. We write the reply and take you to the review to paste it in.

Turning a five-star review into a post

A five-star review shouldn't sit on Google doing nothing. Turn one into a post, square, portrait or a story, in your colours with your logo. Send it to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok. The caption is written for you and you can change every word. It can also pick your best new five-star review and post it once a day, once every three days or weekly.

A loyalty card that lives in their phone

Six stamps and the seventh coffee is on the house, or points against rewards you name. The card sits in Apple or Google Wallet: nothing to download, their phone tells them when it's full. People join by scanning the A4 poster we print for your counter. On a quiet week, message the ones a stamp away: only those who ticked the box, never more than one message every three days.

A website that updates itself from your Google profile

Connect your Google Business Profile and the site builds itself from it: hours, photos, services, map and reviews, checked every hour. Change your Christmas hours on Google and the site follows within the hour. It's one long page, plus a journal written from your reviews, landing as drafts to read first. Nothing is live until you press publish, and nothing is shown to Google until you turn indexing on.

Getting found, with articles built from your reviews

We plan topics around your Google categories, your town and the places you cover, then check them against what people actually search for. Each article is written from your own reviews, quoting customers as they wrote it, with its own picture. Posts land as drafts for you to read first. Choose every three days, weekly or fortnightly. If your blog is on WordPress, they publish straight there.

The working parts

What you get your hands on

One platform, run for you. You get on with the business.

  • Your review link and your QR codes

One page with your Google button, logo and recent reviews, on a short link we host. Make a code per place: the counter, your invoices, one per van, and track each separately. A scan counts a tap on a review button: intent, not proof a review was left.

  • One inbox for four review sites

Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Facebook in one place. Google arrives every hour through an official connection to your Business Profile; the other three update daily. Filter by platform, stars or what still needs answering, and see the photos customers attached. Video testimonials and private feedback land there too.

  • Reviews on the website you already have

Nine ways to show them: wall, carousel, spotlight, badge, floating bubble and more. One line of code, any website. Set a minimum rating, filter by keyword, or hand-pick them. Star-rating markup comes with it, so search engines read your rating. Any review you'd rather not show stays out.

  • Stamping cards at the till

A PIN-protected link for the counter: your Saturday team can stamp cards without touching your account. Any phone or tablet does it: no new hardware. Points are typed in or worked out from the spend. A mis-tap can be undone for fifteen minutes, and every stamp is logged.

  • Your own domain, and honest visitor figures

Put your domain on the site when you're ready: we give you the DNS records, the certificate is automatic. Visitor figures are ours: how many came and what they looked at. No cookies, no IP addresses kept, no cookie banner. We can set up Google Search Console too.

  • A journal written from your own reviews

Articles are planned around your Google categories, your town and the places you cover, then written from your reviews, quoted as the customer wrote them. Every three days, weekly or fortnightly, whichever you pick. Posts land as drafts. If your blog is on WordPress, they publish there instead.

Before you sign anything

How we work

Who does the setting up, who picks up the phone, and what you get to see.

  • We do the setting up

You connect your Google profile once and we do the rest: review link, QR codes, card design, the site itself. Nothing goes in front of a customer until you've seen it.

  • We're in Newark, not a ticket queue

LocalQuiver is run from Newark-on-Trent. If something looks wrong on your listing, your card or your site, you can speak to the person who set it up.

  • You can see what actually happened

Every month: new reviews and replies, requests sent and clicked, where you sit on the Google map across town, and whether Perplexity, ChatGPT or Gemini name you. All in a branded PDF.

  • Nothing goes live until you say so

You sign off the website, review link and loyalty card. Only what you switch on runs. Every request carries an opt-out you can't remove, and offers turn off while stamps keep working.

From the counter

What owners tell us

Local businesses, real numbers, in their own words.

I used to remember to ask for reviews about once a fortnight. Now it happens without me, and by the time I've opened my phone there's a reply drafted waiting.

In their words

More of the same

A few of the messages we've had from the businesses we look after.

The chasing stops as soon as someone clicks through. That was the bit I cared about. I didn't want to be pestering people.
Tom Skelton
Owner · Wharf Lane Motors
I answer the awkward ones myself and let it handle the rest. The drafts sound like me now, which I wasn't expecting.
Sarah Dunn
Owner · Ashcroft Physiotherapy
One code on the counter, one on the invoices. It's useful knowing which one people actually scan.
Gareth Coles
Director · Redhill Plumbing & Heating
No more paper cards going through the wash, and no more arguments about how many stamps someone had.
Lisa Fenton
Owner · Pinfold Dog Grooming
On a quiet Tuesday I message the people who are one stamp off. It turns up on their card, not in another email nobody reads.
Mo Rahman
Owner · The Little Deli Co.
I never wanted to write a blog. It writes one from what our customers have said and I read it before it goes up.

Owner · Greenacres Farm Shop
Questions

Questions we get asked

Can't find what you're looking for?

The setting up is on us. After that, requests go out when you add a customer or a set time after the job, Autopilot answers new Google reviews inside your working hours, and articles arrive as drafts. What's left is stamping a card at the till. Autopilot is a switch, not a requirement.
