It depends which of the three you take — the reviews, the loyalty card, the website and its articles — and how much of it you want us to run. A café that wants requests going out and a card at the till is a different job from a trades firm that wants the reviews, the replies, the site and the articles all handled.
So we'd rather look at your listing and quote properly than put a number on a web page that turns out to be wrong for your shop. Half an hour on the phone and you'll have a figure.
Why there's no number on this page
A price printed on a page has to fit everyone who reads it. To manage that, it either gets padded until it's safe for us, or it shows the cheapest case and the real figure arrives later. Neither is fair on you, so we don't print one.
What moves the price is plain enough. Which of the three parts you take. Whether you approve every reply yourself or let Autopilot answer Google inside your working hours. Whether the reviews go onto the site you already have or we build and run one for you. Each answer changes what we're doing for you week to week, so each one changes what it costs.
What the half hour is for
Before we quote, we look at your listing the way a customer would: your rating, how recent the reviews are, whether anyone replies, how you sit against the businesses near you. Then we say which parts we think you actually need — sometimes that's less than you came in expecting to buy — and put a figure on exactly that.
You leave the call with a number, not a range. And if the figure doesn't work for you, you've spent half an hour and come away with an honest read on your listing.
Common questions
The setting up is on us. After that, requests go out when you add a customer or a set time after the job, Autopilot answers new Google reviews inside your working hours, and articles arrive as drafts. What's left is stamping a card at the till. Autopilot is a switch, not a requirement.
Half an hour and you'll have a figure
Book the call. We'll have looked at your listing before we dial, so the time goes on your quote, not a pitch.
