It shows, the same as it would anywhere. We don't hide bad reviews, bury them or screen who gets asked: everyone you send a request to sees the same two buttons, and one of them goes straight to Google. If someone wants to be harsh in public, they can be.

What changes is what happens next. A reply drafted in your voice will be waiting — measured and specific, the sort you'd write on a good day rather than the day it stung. Approve it as it is, edit it first, or let it sit while you cool off. And if you'd rather always handle the difficult ones yourself, set Autopilot to leave anything under four stars for you: it answers the rest and steps aside for those.

The reply matters more than the review

The person a bad review really speaks to is the next customer reading it. They aren't hunting for a spotless record; they're watching how you behave when something has gone wrong. A calm, specific reply sitting under a harsh review tells them more about you than another five-star does. That's why the draft is ready and waiting, instead of being left for a moment when you're busy and annoyed.

The private feedback button — and what it isn't

Your review link carries a private feedback button alongside the Google one. Anything sent through it comes to you and is never published. It gives a customer with a genuine gripe a way to reach you before they reach for one star, and it gives you the chance to put things right quietly.

What it isn't is a filter. Nobody is screened, nobody gets steered away from Google because they seem unhappy, and the button won't stop someone who has already decided to post. It's a door, not a wall. The reviews on your profile stay honest — which is the only reason they're worth anything.

Common questions

The setting up is on us. After that, requests go out when you add a customer or a set time after the job, Autopilot answers new Google reviews inside your working hours, and articles arrive as drafts. What's left is stamping a card at the till. Autopilot is a switch, not a requirement.
