New
Your customers already chose you once. Email marketing keeps you in touch: branded emails built by drag and drop or written with AI in your voice, and a newsletter that gathers your latest articles and best reviews and sends itself, every week, fortnight or month.
New on the menu: our autumn specials
Hi Brittany, here’s what’s new this month.
What changes
A newsletter that writes itself
Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Autopilot gathers your new articles, social posts and a great review, writes a short intro in your voice and sends it. Or ask to approve each issue first, drafted two days early.
Offers that bring people back
Got a quiet week or something new to share? Send a branded email with an offer and an optional discount code, greeting every customer by first name. Pick from AI subject line ideas, send yourself a test, then send now or schedule it.
A list that grows on its own
A “Get our news & offers” box sits in your website’s footer, and your contact form can carry a tick box that’s never ticked for them. Loyalty members who already said yes join your list in one click.
How it works

Questions
People who’ve agreed to hear from you: website signups, customers who ticked the box on your contact form, loyalty members who said yes to news and offers, and anyone you add by hand with their permission. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.
No. Tell the AI what you want to say and it drafts the email in your voice, using your own articles and reviews if you like. Or switch on the autopilot newsletter, which gathers what you’ve published since the last issue and sends it every week, fortnight or month. You can ask to approve each issue first.
Yes, once your domain is verified. We help you set it up, ideally on an address like news.yourbusiness.co.uk, so newsletters never affect your everyday email. Until then, emails go out under your business name from our sending address, and replies still come straight to you.
Each email has its own report: how many were sent, delivered, opened and clicked, plus unsubscribes. A click map shows where people clicked, and you can see who opened and who clicked. Nobody can promise how many people will open an email, but you’ll always see what happened.
Not automatically. It’s a module of its own, called Email Marketing. Add it by itself, pair it with any other module, or get it alongside everything else in Max. Like every plan, it’s set up for you, comes with your own account manager and starts with a free first month.
