For florists
Couples, sympathy orders and last-minute Mother’s Day panics all start with a search. LocalQuiver helps your shop be the one they find and trust, with more five-star reviews, your hours right on Google, a beautiful website with a Shopify-powered shop if you sell online, and your best reviews shared for you.

Your best work leaves the shop
The bouquet goes to someone else, the wedding flowers go to the venue, and the person who paid rarely thinks to review you. Months of lovely work end up with only a handful of reviews to show for it.
Peaks you can’t afford to miss
Valentine’s, Mother’s Day and Christmas wreaths can make your year, and people decide quickly. If your hours are wrong on Google or your reviews look thin, they order from whichever shop comes up first.
No time for social between orders
Instagram wants beautiful posts, but you’re conditioning stems at six and out on deliveries by lunch. Updating Google, writing for your website and asking for reviews all wait for a quiet week that never comes.
The film
How LocalQuiver helps florists and other local shops: a QR code and our tap cards that open a branded review page, best reviews shared to Instagram and Facebook, Google hours kept right, a website with an optional Shopify shop and Search Agent articles, a wallet loyalty card with offers, and a monthly report waiting in the dashboard. With chapters, so you can jump to the bits you care about.

0:07Here's how we help florists, gift shops and delis bring more people through the door.
0:13Your regulars love you. They chat at the till, and they come back every week. But hardly any of them ever leave a review.
0:21And right now, someone nearby is searching for a florist. They'll choose from the three shops Google shows at the top. The map pack.
0:30Google picks those three by how relevant you are, how close you are, and how well known and well reviewed you are. You can't move your shop. But your reviews? Those, you can grow.
0:42So we make leaving a review effortless.
0:46A QR code on the counter, and our tap cards by the till. Customers just scan or tap, and they're straight onto your review page. No app, no searching.
0:56It's fully branded, with your name, your colours and your photos. Then it's one tap to Google, or to Facebook.
1:04Our Social Agent turns your best new five-star reviews into posts in your brand, and shares them on Instagram and Facebook, on autopilot.
1:14We keep your Google profile right, too. Opening hours, holiday hours and your description, edited in one place and sent to Google.
1:23And from that same profile, we build you a beautiful website, with your photos, your hours and your best reviews built right in.
1:31If you sell through Shopify, your bouquets sit right on your own website, and Shopify's secure checkout takes the payment.
1:38Our Search Agent adds helpful articles to your blog, about the things people nearby search for.
1:45Turn one-off buyers into regulars, with a loyalty card in Apple or Google Wallet. Customers join from a poster on the counter, and you stamp their card by scanning it with your phone.
1:55Before Mother's Day, send an offer to members who've opted in, straight to their wallet. And when they're nearby, a gentle nudge to pop in.
2:04And on the first of every month, a clear report is waiting in your dashboard. New reviews, your rating, where you rank, and what's working.
2:17More reviews. More regulars. A busier shop.
2:24LocalQuiver. Your marketing, sorted.

A week with LocalQuiver
After every order
A thank-you text that asks kindly
Once a wedding is done or a birthday bouquet has gone out, a friendly text or email takes the buyer to your branded review page, then a gentle follow-up if they haven’t tapped through. Nobody has to remember who to ask.

Valentine’s hours on Google, set once
Opening early on the 14th, or for Mother’s Day weekend? Add the special hours ahead of time, check them old against new and send them to Google, so the person searching at 7am can see you’re open.

A glowing review becomes a post
The Social Agent picks a fresh five-star review, perhaps about a bridal bouquet or a birthday surprise, sets it on a card in your colours and font, and shares it to Instagram, Facebook and Google, with a story as well.
Social media management for floristsEvery three days
An article that couples planning weddings find
The Search Agent writes a helpful article for your website on something people nearby really search for, like seasonal wedding flowers or what to send to a funeral, so Google sees you as the florist who knows.

Bouquets ordered from your own website
If you run a Shopify store, your website shows your bouquets in its own design, with a basket that follows visitors round the site. Shopify’s secure checkout takes the payment, and your store handles the delivery options.

A stamp for the weekly bunch
Regulars who pick up flowers every week scan the counter poster and save your card to Apple or Google Wallet. You scan it at the till, and the reward, like a free bunch on the last stamp, is yours to set.

Questions
No. LocalQuiver looks after your marketing, not your orders or your deliveries. Customers come to you directly, by phone, through your enquiry form or, if you run one, your own Shopify store. Delivery stays exactly as you run it now.
That’s your call. Requests go to the contacts you choose to add or pick, so sympathy orders can be left out entirely. Our tap cards and the QR code on your counter are there for anyone who would like to leave a review of their own accord.
Google matters most for local searches, then Facebook, and Trustpilot if you sell online. All three land in one inbox, with Google checked every hour and the others once a day, and your review page sends customers to them in the order you set.
No, and it shouldn’t be. Every customer sees the same public review buttons. Private feedback is an extra button they can choose if they’d rather tell you directly, perhaps about a stem that drooped early, and it never hides or replaces the public options.
Yes, mostly in the background. Special hours keep Google right for the peak days, your notes to the Search Agent can mention your seasonal work, and review sharing keeps fresh praise on your feeds while people are deciding where to order.
Very little once we’ve set things up. Review requests, review posts and articles run in the background. You approve your social designs once, and articles only if you want to check each one, which leaves you free to get on with the flowers.
