Reviews

Every fresh five-star review gives someone nearby one more reason to choose you. After each job or visit, a friendly text or email asks for a review and gently follows up. Customers can scan a QR code or tap one of our tap cards, and every review lands in one inbox.

Asked politely. Followed up for you.

  1. Review request Text or email, after the visit
  2. Friendly reminder A couple of days later
  3. Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves

What changes

01

More reviews, without the chasing

A friendly text or branded email goes out after the visit, with up to two gentle follow-ups for anyone who hasn’t got round to it. The reminders stop by themselves once they tap through, so nobody gets nagged.

02

Trusted before the first call

Fresh, genuine reviews tell people comparing you on Google that you’re busy, well thought of and still doing great work. That gives them a reason to ring you or walk through your door, rather than try the place down the road.

03

Every review, one inbox

Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade reviews arrive together, alongside private feedback and video testimonials. Google is checked every hour and the others once a day, so you can stop logging in to five different sites to keep up.

The film

Customers scan a QR code or tap one of our tap cards to reach a branded review page, get a friendly text or email with gentle follow-ups, can choose to give private feedback as an extra option, and every review lands in one inbox.

How it works

  1. 01We connect everythingWe link your Google profile through your own Google sign-in, so no password is shared, and add Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade from their public page links.
  2. 02Customers get askedAfter a visit or job, a text showing your business name, or a branded email, asks for a review. Saved templates fill in their first name and the job for you.
  3. 03One page, every siteThe link opens your branded review page, with your review sites in the order you choose and Google marked as recommended. QR codes and our tap cards open the same page.
  4. 04Reviews land togetherNew reviews gather in your inbox with private feedback and video testimonials alongside, and any review can get a reply drafted for you in your tone.

Questions

Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade. Google connects through your own Google sign-in and is checked every hour, including any photos and videos customers add to their reviews. The other four connect with your public page link and are read once a day. Facebook recommendations show as five stars, and ‘doesn’t recommend’ as one.

They see exactly the same public review buttons as everyone else. If they’d rather tell you directly, private feedback is an extra option they can choose; it lands in your inbox and is never published. It never replaces or hides the public buttons, which keeps you on the right side of Google’s rules and UK consumer law.

They stop as soon as the customer taps through to a review site, records a video or sends private feedback. Nobody can see exactly who wrote which review, so tapping through is the signal that counts. Each request is one opening message plus up to two follow-ups, spaced hours or days apart.

Every QR code and every one of our tap cards opens the same review page. You get one main code plus named codes for spots like the counter, the van or your invoices, each with its own opens and review-button taps. A tap shows interest, not proof a review was written. Rename your link whenever you like and printed codes keep working.

Yes. From your review page, a customer can record a short video on their own phone, up to two minutes, or upload one, with no app to install. They add their name and an email or phone number and tick a consent box. The video lands in your inbox, where you can play it and download it to use.
