Reviews · Review Agent
The Review Agent replies to your new Google reviews for you, in the tone you choose, and posts under your business name. Each reply is written from what the customer actually said, never invented. By default, lower ratings wait for you with a draft ready, and you can step in whenever you like.

Lovely staff and honestly the best cardamom bun in Newark.
What changes
Every customer feels heard
A warm, specific thank-you under each review shows the customer you noticed, and shows everyone reading your profile that a real business cares. Replies pick up what the reviewer mentioned, from the Sunday roast to the friendly fitter.
Your evenings back
No more sitting down after closing to work through a pile of unanswered reviews. New Google reviews are picked up every hour and answered usually within the hour, during the hours you choose.
The tricky ones stay yours
By default it answers four- and five-star reviews by itself. Anything lower waits for a person, with a calm, considered draft ready to edit, so you decide what to say when it matters most.
The film

How it works
- 01Connect Google onceWe connect your Google Business Profile through your own Google sign-in. No password is shared, and this full connection is what lets replies post under your business name.
- 02Set the voicePick Professional, Friendly, Fun or Quirky, and short, medium or long, or write your own brief. Add a sign-off, a few keywords and anything it must never say.
- 03Choose what it answersFour- and five-star reviews by default, five-star only, or every review. Replies post only inside the hours you allow, 8am to 8pm local time unless you change it.
- 04Let it runReplies go up usually within the hour. Catch-up mode clears older unanswered Google reviews at five, ten or fifteen a day, and anything you’ve answered yourself is skipped.

Questions
Replies post automatically on Google only. For Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade, any review in your inbox can get an AI draft in your tone, which you copy and paste on that site yourself. You still get the thoughtful reply; you just post it there by hand.
Not unless you ask it to. Out of the box it answers four- and five-star reviews, and anything lower waits for a person, with a draft ready to edit. You can switch it to five-star only, or to every review, whenever you like.
New Google reviews are picked up every hour, and replies usually post within the hour, during the hours you choose. By default that’s 8am to 8pm local time, so nobody gets a reply at three in the morning. Each run posts up to five replies for your business.
Each one is written from what the reviewer actually said, in the tone and length you pick, with your own sign-off. It never invents details about the visit or the job, and it replies in the review’s own language, so a review written in Polish gets its reply in Polish.
Catch-up mode works through your older unanswered Google reviews at five, ten or fifteen a day, so a backlog gets cleared steadily rather than in one sudden burst. Reviews you’ve already answered by hand are skipped, and you can reply yourself at any time.
