Run the business
Busy days are when the asking gets forgotten. Every new contact, whether typed in, imported, invoiced or added from your job software, gets your review request when you choose, from straight away to 72 hours later. Up to two follow-ups go out if needed, then it stops by itself once they tap through.
- Visit or job doneAdded to contacts
- Review requestBy text or email, when you choose
- Gentle follow-upOnly if they haven't tapped through
- Taps through to reviewFollow-ups stop by themselves
What changes
No more forgetting to ask
The best time to ask is while the job is fresh in their mind. Your request goes out by text or email at the moment you’ve chosen, even on the days you’re flat out.
Follow-ups that know when to stop
If the first message gets missed, up to two follow-ups go out, each a set number of hours or days after the last. Once the customer taps through to a review site, records a video or sends feedback, it stops by itself.
The rest keeps ticking over
Reviews are imported, Google replies posted, articles written, posts shared, monthly scans run and your report prepared, each on its own schedule. Some parts wait for your approval by default, and every agent shows whether it’s Online or Manual.
The film
How LocalQuiver asks every new customer for a review automatically, times the first message, sends up to two follow-ups that stop once the customer taps through, and runs each agent's scheduled work.

How it works
- 01Write your messagesWe set up an opening message and up to two follow-ups, by text, email or both, using your templates with the customer’s first name and the job.
- 02Choose the timingThe first message can go straight away or up to 72 hours later, timed from when the contact is added or from the job date. Follow-ups wait the hours or days you set.
- 03Contacts flow inType someone in, import a list, send an invoice, or let your job or booking software add them through Zapier, which we set up for you. Each new contact is enrolled automatically.
- 04It stops by itselfThe sequence is checked every 15 minutes, and it ends once the customer taps through to a review site, records a video or sends private feedback.

Questions
It stops when the customer taps through to a review site, records a video testimonial or sends you private feedback. Nobody can see who actually wrote a review, so tapping through is the honest signal to use. After that, they get no more follow-ups from that sequence.
Whenever suits your business. The first message can go straight away or wait up to 72 hours, timed from when the contact is added or from the job date and time. A café might ask the same afternoon, while a builder might give it a day for the dust to settle.
Mostly, but not blindly. Each agent shows Online, running hands-free, or Manual, where it drafts the work and waits for you. Some parts start on approval by default, and can move to Online once you’re happy with what they produce.
It can, through Zapier. If your software works with Zapier, we set up the link so a new job adds the customer to your contacts or sends a review request. It’s set up by us rather than an app you install, and there are no direct links to individual job systems.
Only as many as you set: one opening message and up to two follow-ups, spaced the way you choose. The sequence ends once they tap through, and anyone who has opted out of texts or emails is skipped on that channel.
