For restaurants
Most people pick a restaurant on their phone before they ever see your door. We help you win that moment: more Google and Tripadvisor reviews, thoughtful replies, a Google profile and website kept right, and helpful local articles, all set up and run for you.

Asked politely. Followed up for you.
- Review request Text or email, after the visit
- Friendly reminder A couple of days later
- Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves

Happy diners rarely write reviews
Your Saturday tables leave full and smiling, then go home and forget. The few who do write are often the ones with a grumble, so your page reads quieter and harsher than the room feels on a good night.
Google and Tripadvisor decide first
Locals and visitors alike scroll the map, check the stars and read the newest reviews before they choose. If your last review is from March and nobody has replied, the place down the road gets the table.
No time between services
You’re prepping at ten, serving until eleven and doing the ordering on Sunday night. Changing Christmas hours, answering reviews and posting on Instagram slip to the bottom of the list, week after week.
The film
Following a fictional Newark pub, the film shows how LocalQuiver helps cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars collect more Google reviews with our tap cards and NFC stickers, reply to Google reviews, share reviews as social posts, publish helpful articles, run wallet loyalty cards and check a monthly report. With chapters, so you can jump to the bits you care about.

0:07Here's how we help cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars fill more tables.
0:13Your guests love you. They tell your team, they tell their friends. But hardly any of them ever leave a review.
0:21And right now, someone nearby is searching for somewhere to eat. They'll choose from the three places Google shows at the top. The map pack.
0:30Google picks those three by how relevant you are, how close you are, and how well known and well reviewed you are. You can't move your building. But your reviews? They're the one thing you can really control.
0:44So we make leaving a review effortless.
0:48NFC stickers on every table. Guests simply tap their phone, and they're straight onto your review page. No app, no searching, no fuss.
0:58And tap cards that arrive with the bill, at the very moment your guests are happiest.
1:05Every tap opens your own fully branded review page, with your name, your colours and your photos. It feels like part of the visit, not a chore.
1:15From there, guests head to Google, to help you climb the map, or to Tripadvisor, where visitors go looking for somewhere special.
1:23Then, our Review Agent replies to your Google reviews. Not with a generic thanks for your review, but a proper reply, on brand, in your tone of voice.
1:34And where it fits naturally, it works in the things you want to be found for, like Sunday roast in Newark, giving Google even more reasons to show you.
1:44Your best reviews become beautiful posts, in your brand, ready to share on Instagram, Facebook and Google. Your happiest guests, doing your marketing for you.
1:56Our Search Agent writes helpful articles for your website, so you show up for even more searches.
2:05Or, if you'd rather, we'll build you a beautiful new website, with your menu built right in.
2:12Turn first visits into regulars, with a digital loyalty card in Apple or Google Wallet. Stamps, rewards, and a gentle nudge when they're nearby.
2:22And every month, a clear report shows you exactly how it's all going. New reviews, your rating, where you rank, and what's working.
2:32And coming soon, the staff leaderboard.
2:36Add your team, with their names and nicknames, and give everyone their own tap card.
2:42You'll see who drives the most taps, the most reviews, and whose name pops up in them, with the conversion rate at every step.
2:50A little friendly competition, that fills your tables.
2:58More reviews. Higher on the map. Fuller tables.
3:05LocalQuiver. Your marketing, sorted.

Christmas hours right on Google
Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and the quiet first week of January go onto Google as special hours, checked old against new before anything is sent. If we built your website, it picks up the same hours by itself.

The Search Agent writes about what people near you search for, from Sunday lunch to gluten-free options and private dining, in your voice, quoting a real review where one fits. It waits for your approval or publishes itself.

Questions
No, LocalQuiver isn’t a booking system, and you probably have one already. The main button on the website we build can go straight to your existing booking page, ring the restaurant or open an enquiry form, and we keep your phone number and website right on Google.
Yes. Your review page shows the review sites in the order you choose, with Google marked as recommended because it helps you on the map. Tripadvisor sits alongside it for visitors who prefer it, and those reviews arrive in the same inbox once a day.
The Review Agent posts replies on Google only. For Tripadvisor and Facebook it writes a draft in your inbox from what the guest said, and you paste it onto that site yourself, so the tone matches your Google replies.
Every guest sees the same public review buttons. They can also choose to tell you something privately, which lands in your inbox and is never published. A lower-rated Google review isn’t answered by the agent on its own; it waits for you with a calm draft ready.
It’s built for exactly that. We set it all up from your Google profile, so there’s nothing to learn on day one. Everything shows in one dashboard, and each agent can either run by itself or draft and wait for your say-so.
Nobody can honestly promise a date. More reviews, a better profile and local articles build up over months, not days. What you can see straight away is the work itself: requests sent, replies posted and articles published, all counted in your monthly report.
