For garages and MOT centres
Drivers are wary of garages until one proves them wrong. LocalQuiver asks each customer for a Google review after an MOT, service or repair, keeps your hours and services right on Google, and shows where you appear on the map, so the next driver searching on a lunch break picks you.

Sound familiar?
Drivers expect to be overcharged
Plenty of people walk into a garage braced for bad news and a big bill. Reviews from locals who were treated fairly calm that worry far better than anything you could say about yourself.
Chains and rivals on every corner
Between the fast-fit centres on the ring road and the independents round the corner, drivers have plenty of choice. On Google Maps, the garage with fresher reviews and the right hours stands a better chance of getting the call.
Busy bays leave no time to market
Between MOTs, a clutch job and a diagnostic fault that won’t clear, nobody is updating the Google listing or asking for reviews at the counter. The keys go back, the customer drives off, and the moment is gone.

0:07Here's how we help plumbers, electricians, builders and garages win more work.
0:13You do great work, and your customers are delighted. But in the rush to the next job, nobody asks for a review.
0:21Meanwhile, the next homeowner is comparing firms on Google and Checkatrade. They search for a plumber near me, and Google shows three at the top. The map pack.
0:31Google picks those three on relevance, distance and prominence. You can't change where you're based. But reviews feed prominence, and those, you can grow.
0:42So we make sure every job gets asked.
0:45After each job, a friendly text goes out in your business name. If they forget, up to two gentle follow-ups do the reminding.
0:53Face to face, it's even quicker. Our tap cards, or a QR code on the van, the invoice, or the garage counter.
1:01Each one opens your own branded review page. Google first, with Checkatrade, Trustpilot and Facebook a tap away.
1:09Then our Review Agent replies to your Google reviews, in your tone, picking up on what each customer actually said.
1:17Need a website? We'll build one that shows off your work, with an enquiry form that takes photos. So customers can show you the problem before you set off.
1:26Our Search Agent writes helpful local articles as you, every three days, answering what people nearby are searching for.
1:33And every month, the rank map shows where you appear on Google Maps, point by point across your area.
1:40Invoicing's built in, too. Send a branded invoice by text or email before you leave the drive, with your bank details under the total.
1:48Sending it can add the customer to your contacts. And with automatic requests on, the review request follows on your usual timing.
1:56Then, on the first of every month, a clear report is waiting in your dashboard. Your reviews, your rating, where you rank, and what to focus on next.
2:08We set it all up. You stay on the tools.
2:15More reviews. More trust. A fuller diary.
2:22LocalQuiver. Your marketing, sorted.

While a customer pays for their service, the stand by the till does the job for you. They scan the QR code or tap their phone on one of our tap cards, and your review page opens with Google first.

Questions
No. LocalQuiver sends review requests and their follow-ups, not MOT or service due-date messages. What it does well is make the MOT visit itself the moment you ask: add the customer when they collect, and the review request goes out on the timing you’ve chosen.
No, and nobody should. Each driver is shown the same public review buttons, whatever kind of visit they had; filtering breaks Google’s rules and UK consumer law. Customers can also choose to tell you something privately, which lands in your inbox. On Google, lower-rated reviews wait for you with a draft reply ready rather than being answered automatically.
LocalQuiver can connect your job or booking software via Zapier, so each finished job adds the driver to your contacts and the review request follows. We set that link up for you. Without it, contacts can be added at the counter or imported from a spreadsheet.
Google comes first, because it’s what shows beside your listing when someone searches for an MOT nearby. Facebook recommendations and Trustpilot reviews come into the same inbox, and your review page lists the sites in whatever order you choose, with Google marked as recommended.
We can’t promise bookings or a map position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What changes is what a driver sees when they find you: more recent reviews, replies that show you care, and hours and services that are right. That gives you a better chance against the garages nearby.
We do. LocalQuiver connects your Google listing, builds your review page and QR codes, and sets up the Review Agent’s tone and your request timing. Some parts, such as replies to lower-rated reviews, wait for you by default, so you stay in charge of anything sensitive.
