What changes

01

Open when you’re closed

Evenings, weekends or the middle of a job: your booking page keeps taking bookings, always inside your hours, with the notice you need and no further ahead than you allow.

02

One diary, no clashing bookings

Your booking page, the bookings you add yourself and the AI receptionist all write into one diary. Two bookings can never share the same person, chair, bay or room, even if two customers tap at once.

03

Reminders, then the review

Customers get a reminder before they’re due, by email and by text. Mark the visit done and, with automatic review requests on, your usual review ask follows.

The film

How the AI Receptionist, LocalQuiver's fifth AI agent, answers the calls you miss and your website chat in your business's name, how missed callers get a text back from your business number, and how customers book themselves into one diary.

0:02When you're on a job, the phone still rings. And every call you miss could be a customer who rings someone else.

0:09So meet the AI Receptionist, the fifth AI agent in LocalQuiver.

0:14Your phone rings first. When you can't pick up, it answers in your business's name, and says it's an AI assistant.

0:21It answers questions from your website and documents, then books the visit into your diary, or takes a proper message.

0:27And you get a short summary of every call it handled.

0:31The same receptionist chats on your website, answering questions and booking appointments in writing, day or night.

0:38With missed-call text back, every caller you miss gets a text from your business number, straight away, in your words.

0:45Their replies land in one place, and you answer from the app when you're free.

0:49And with online bookings, customers book themselves into times that are genuinely free, from your website or your booking link.

0:56Confirmations and reminders go out for you, and every booking lands in one diary, so nothing can clash.

1:03Every call answered. Every booking taken. Even when you're on a job.

1:09LocalQuiver. Your marketing, sorted.

Questions

Yes. Choose to accept each one and online bookings arrive as requests. Each holds its slot until you accept or decline it, and the customer hears back either way. Or let bookings confirm straight away; it’s your choice.

No. Your booking page works on its own and links back to the website you already have. Share it on your social profiles, in emails and on your Google profile. If we built your website, its Book buttons open it.

Not at the moment. Bookings don’t take payments or deposits online, so customers pay you as they do now. What they do get is a confirmation and a reminder before every visit, by email and by text when they give a mobile number.

Not yet. Your bookings live in one diary in the app, with a week view and a day view for each team member. Every confirmation email carries a calendar file, so customers can add their booking to their own calendar.

Only once you mark their visit done, and only with automatic review requests on. Nobody who opted out is asked, nor anyone already part-way through a request or who responded to an earlier one.

Book a free, no-pressure chat and we'll show you how online bookings would work for your business, set up and running for you.
