Online bookings for florists

Couples planning a wedding want to see you, but you can’t take calls with your hands full of stems. Online bookings let them choose a consultation and a genuinely free time from your website, Google profile or booking link, with a confirmation and a reminder sent in your name.

How it works for florists

01

Consultations that fit your week

Set the days and times you take consultations, how long each one lasts and how much notice you need, so couples only see times that really suit you and the shop.

02

In the shop, by phone or video

Offer consultations in the shop, by phone or by video call, with the link sent in the confirmation, so couples planning from further away can still see you properly.

03

Requests when you’d rather check

Have bookings confirm straight away, or arrive as requests you accept, which suits peak wedding months when you want to check your dates first. The couple hears back either way.

04

Couples added to your contacts

Every booking adds the couple to your contacts, or fills in what was missing, so their details are ready for the quote and every planning conversation after it.

Asked politely. Followed up for you.

  1. Review request Text or email, after the visit
  2. Friendly reminder A couple of days later
  3. Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves

Wedding fair weekend at Fennel & Foxtail

Consultations booked after a wedding fair

Fennel & Foxtail spent a Sunday at a wedding fair and handed out cards with their booking link. That evening and the next morning, couples booked consultations straight into the free slots Grace had set for Tuesdays and Thursdays, some in the shop and two by video call from further afield. Each got a confirmation and a reminder the day before. By Monday lunchtime, Grace had a week of consultations in the diary without making a single call.

An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

The film

How the AI Receptionist, LocalQuiver's fifth AI agent, answers the calls you miss and your website chat in your business's name, how missed callers get a text back from your business number, and how customers book themselves into one diary. It works the same way for florists.

0:02When you're on a job, the phone still rings. And every call you miss could be a customer who rings someone else.

0:09So meet the AI Receptionist, the fifth AI agent in LocalQuiver.

0:14Your phone rings first. When you can't pick up, it answers in your business's name, and says it's an AI assistant.

0:21It answers questions from your website and documents, then books the visit into your diary, or takes a proper message.

0:27And you get a short summary of every call it handled.

0:31The same receptionist chats on your website, answering questions and booking appointments in writing, day or night.

0:38With missed-call text back, every caller you miss gets a text from your business number, straight away, in your words.

0:45Their replies land in one place, and you answer from the app when you're free.

0:49And with online bookings, customers book themselves into times that are genuinely free, from your website or your booking link.

0:56Confirmations and reminders go out for you, and every booking lands in one diary, so nothing can clash.

1:03Every call answered. Every booking taken. Even when you're on a job.

1:09LocalQuiver. Your marketing, sorted.

More for florists

Questions

No, the booking page is for appointments such as wedding and event consultations. For selling bouquets online, our online shop works with your own Shopify store, and Book buttons can sit alongside it on your website.

Not at the moment. Online bookings don’t take payments or deposits. Many florists take a deposit once the quote is agreed after the consultation, which you can carry on doing as you do now.

Bookings only come in at the times you’ve opened, and you can add time off for the whole shop or just yourself. Couples see only genuinely free times, so you’ll never find two consultations booked into the same slot.

Book a free chat and we'll show you how it would work for your florist, set up and running for you.
