AI review replies for garages
A reply to a review shows the next driver that real people run your garage and care how it went. The Review Agent answers new four- and five-star Google reviews by itself, in your tone, from what the customer actually said, while lower ratings wait for you with a draft ready.

Honest MOT, no upselling, and the car was ready by lunch.
How it works for garages
Writes from what they said
If a driver mentions the clutch job, the courtesy car or being told a repair could wait, the reply picks that up. It never invents details about the work, so nothing goes on Google that didn’t happen in your workshop.
Tougher reviews wait for you
Out of the box, only four- and five-star reviews get an automatic reply. Anything lower sits in your inbox with a draft ready, so a complaint about a bill gets a calm, personal answer from you, written once you’ve checked the job card.
Sounds like your front desk
Choose Professional, Friendly, Fun or Quirky, short, medium or long, or write a custom brief. Add a sign-off, words like MOT or servicing where they read naturally, and things it must never say, such as promising a price.
Catch up on the backlog
If years of Google reviews have gone unanswered, catch-up mode works through the older ones at 5, 10 or 15 a day. Any you’ve already answered by hand are skipped, and you can still reply yourself whenever you like.
Asked politely. Followed up for you.
- Review request Text or email, after the visit
- Friendly reminder A couple of days later
- Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves
An ordinary Tuesday at Kingsdyke Autos
Two replies posted, one waiting with a draft
By mid-afternoon, Kingsdyke Autos has three new Google reviews. Two are five stars: one about a cambelt done on time, one thanking Ellie for explaining which advisories could wait. Within the hour, the Review Agent replies to both in her friendly tone, mentioning the cambelt and the honest advice, signed off with her name. The third is three stars, about a long wait. It sits in her inbox with a draft ready, and Ellie rewrites it herself that evening.
An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.
The film
The Review Agent replies to new Google reviews in the tone you choose and posts under your business name; by default four- and five-star reviews are answered on their own, lower ratings wait for you with a draft, and other platforms get a draft to copy and paste. It works the same way for garages.

Questions
Not by default. It answers four- and five-star Google reviews by itself, and anything lower waits for you with a draft ready. You can change that setting, but a complaint about a repair bill usually deserves a person’s eye before anything goes public.
Only Google gets replies posted for you. For Facebook and Trustpilot reviews, the inbox gives you an AI draft to copy and paste on that platform yourself, so you can still answer everywhere without starting from a blank box.
Yes. Posting replies needs the full Google connection, made with your own sign-in. A read-only connection from public data can show your reviews but can’t answer them. You can withdraw that access whenever you like, from your Google account.
