Review widgets for builders and roofers
A homeowner comparing three builders will usually end up on each firm’s website. Our review widgets put your strongest Google, Checkatrade, Facebook and Trustpilot reviews right there, with one line of code on any site that accepts HTML, so the proof sits beside photos of your work and new reviews appear by themselves.

On your website

Quality work, and they cleaned up after themselves.
How it works for builders and roofers
One line on the site you have
Paste one line of code into WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace or a hand-built site. It’s about 9 KB, doesn’t slow or block the page, and is sealed off from your site’s own styles, so nothing else on the page shifts.
Choose which reviews homeowners see
Set a minimum star rating, filter by words like loft or extension, or hand-pick the reviews that describe your best jobs. Put a carousel on the home page and a highlight strip on your roofing page, each showing the reviews that fit.
Eight styles to suit your site
Wall of Love, Carousel, Hero Quote, Rating Badge, Marquee, Highlight Strip, Floating Bubble and Photo Toast. Pick light or dark, your brand accent, and whether to show reviewer photos, dates and the platform badge on each review.
Structured data for search engines
Your rating and up to five reviews are added to the page’s structured data, as long as the page doesn’t already declare its own rating. Google decides whether stars appear in results, so nobody can promise them, but the information is there for it.
Our extension came in on time, and the site was tidy every evening.
A Sunday evening comparison at Tallis & Webb
Three quotes on the table, one with reviews beside it
A couple planning a wraparound extension have three quotes and a nagging worry about picking the wrong firm. On Sunday evening they open each builder’s website. Tallis & Webb’s WordPress site, which Ollie put together himself years ago, now has a carousel of recent Google and Checkatrade reviews under the project photos, filtered to mention extensions. They read about tidy sites and clear updates from people a few miles away. On Monday morning, Ollie’s phone rings.
An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.
The film
Review widgets put a business's best reviews on any website that accepts HTML with one line of code, in eight styles, light or dark in the brand colour, filtered by minimum stars, keyword or hand-picked, with new reviews appearing within a few minutes. It works the same way for builders and roofers.

Questions
It’s about 9 KB and loads without blocking the page. It’s also sealed off from your site’s own styles, so it won’t fight with your theme or break a layout you’ve paid good money for. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and hand-built sites alike.
No. Websites LocalQuiver builds already include a reviews section showing up to 24 of your best four- and five-star reviews, updating by themselves. Widgets are for a site you already own and want to keep, such as a WordPress site someone built for you a few years back.
Not today. Widgets can show the reviewer’s profile photo, but not the photos attached to reviews. Your own before-and-after shots are best placed beside the widget on the page, where they show the finished work at its best.
