Staff leaderboard for builders and roofers
On a six-week extension or a new roof, homeowners get to know the crew by name: the lead who kept them updated, the roofer who cleared the gutters before leaving. The staff leaderboard gives each person their own review link and QR, and shows which names homeowners mention most.

How it works for builders and roofers
A QR card at handover
The crew lead can hand over their QR card at the final walk-round, or text their link once the skip’s gone. A scan counts as a visit for them, then opens your normal review page with Google and Checkatrade in your chosen order.
Long jobs, many names
A big job might involve a bricklayer, a roofer and a site lead, and a homeowner may thank more than one. Each person named in a review gets the credit, nicknames included, so the whole crew sees where praise is landing, not just whoever handed over the keys.
A board by month or by season
Building work comes in waves, so pick the range that suits: last month, the last 90 days, this year or a custom spell covering one big project. Click any column to rank by it, from review clicks to average rating.
Coaching on what homeowners notice
Each person’s page lists the reviews that mention them. Share them at the Friday site meeting: the site swept at the end of each day, the updates by text, the care taken with the neighbours’ drive. It shows newer crew members what good looks like.
Our extension came in on time, and the site was tidy every evening.
A summer of roofs at Pellbrook Roofing
Three crews, one board and some friendly rivalry
Pellbrook Roofing runs three crews on re-roofs, chimneys and flat roofs. Martin, the owner, saw his crew leads named in Checkatrade reviews but had never compared them. He added the leads and their roofers to the staff leaderboard, with Baz for Barry, and gave each lead a stack of QR cards to hand over at the final walk-round. By the end of the summer, the board showed Baz just ahead of Sean on reviews naming them, often for the tidy finish. Martin now puts the podium on screen at the Friday meeting.

The film
How the staff leaderboard gives everyone on the team their own review link and QR code, credits reviews that mention them by name, and ranks the team by visits, review clicks, reviews and conversion, with an optional public board. It works the same way for builders and roofers.

Questions
Yes, there’s no limit on how many people you add. Bring in a regular subbie for a season and archive them when the work ends: they leave the board, but their link still counts for them if a homeowner scans an old card.
No. It isn’t a site diary. It counts visits to each person’s link and the reviews that name them, so it shows who homeowners talk about. That’s worth celebrating, and it doesn’t pretend to prove who laid which brick.
No. Each crew member’s link opens your usual review page, with the same public buttons for every homeowner, so nobody is steered anywhere. The only change is that the visit and any review click are credited to the person whose card it was.
