Email marketing for garages
Every garage has quiet weeks and busy months. A branded email about winter checks, air-con season or a service offer goes to customers who said yes to hearing from you, built by drag and drop or written with AI, to help the slow weeks fill up.

Is your car ready for winter?
Hi Laura, here’s what’s new this month.
How it works for garages
Seasonal checks, sent on time
Winter checks in October, air-con in May, a reminder before the clocks change. Ask the AI for a short email in your voice, add an offer block with an optional code and a Book now button, and schedule it.
Trust, in their inbox
Add a five-star review to any email, like the customer who loved that you explained the work, or let the newsletter pick a great one. Honest garages win on trust, and your customers’ own words show it.
Advice that brings them back
Articles from your website, like what happens at an MOT, go into a monthly autopilot newsletter with a great review and a short intro in your voice, so drivers think of you before a warning light does it for them.
A list of drivers who said yes
Drivers who send an enquiry through your website can tick a box to hear news and offers, never ticked for them, and you can add regulars by hand once they’ve said yes. Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.
The clocks going back at Oakbank Motors
A winter check email before the clocks change
Every November, Oakbank Motors filled up with flat batteries and blown bulbs. This year Gemma sent an email a week before the clocks went back: a free winter check with any service booked that month, with the code WINTER. She added a Book now button and a review from a customer whose car was ready on the same day. The report showed who had opened it and clicked, and the first bookings came in that afternoon.
An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

Questions
Not for individual cars. Email marketing doesn’t know each car’s MOT date, so it can’t time a reminder to it. It sends campaigns and newsletters to everyone on your list, and a seasonal MOT and service email is a simple way to stay front of mind.
Only those who agreed to marketing emails. You can add people by hand once they’ve given permission, and new customers can tick the news and offers box on your website’s contact form. A past service or invoice isn’t, by itself, permission to send offers.
Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and anyone who uses it is never emailed again unless you add them back by hand with their permission. You can see everyone who has opted out, and each email’s report shows its unsubscribes.
