Email marketing for electricians

A rewire or a new consumer unit is done and dusted, then the customer forgets your name. A short, branded email about EV chargers or a safety check, or a newsletter of your helpful articles, keeps you front of mind for the next job and the neighbour who asks.

How it works for electricians

01

New services, told to past customers

Now fitting EV chargers, solar batteries or smart thermostats? Ask the AI for a short email about it in your voice, add a photo of a recent install and a Get a quote button, and send it to everyone on your list.

02

A seasonal safety nudge

Before the Christmas lights go up or a landlord’s certificates fall due, a branded email about electrical safety checks keeps you in mind. Add an offer block with an optional code and schedule it for a quiet weekday.

03

Your articles, sent for you

The Search Agent writes about the questions people ask, like signs a house needs a rewire. A monthly autopilot newsletter gathers your new articles and a great review, adds a short intro in your voice and sends it to your subscribers.

04

A list built on permission

Customers join from the optional tick on your contact form or the signup box on your website, and anyone you add by hand must have said yes. Each email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it’s respected for good.

An EV charger email at Sedgecombe Electrical

Telling past customers about EV chargers

Sedgecombe Electrical had started fitting EV chargers, but past customers still thought of them for sockets and fuse boards. Callum asked the AI for a short email in his voice, swapped in a photo of a charger he’d fitted on a driveway in the next village and added a Get a quote button. He sent himself a test, checked it on his phone, and scheduled it for Tuesday morning. The click map showed most clicks went to the quote button.

An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

Questions

Not on individual due dates. Email marketing sends campaigns and newsletters to everyone on your list, so a seasonal email about safety checks is the way to do it. You choose the timing, and the report shows who opened it and who clicked through.

People who’ve agreed to hear from you: customers who ticked the box on your contact form, website signups, and anyone you add by hand with their permission. Customers you’ve simply invoiced aren’t added automatically, because an invoice isn’t permission for marketing emails.

They can. Once your domain is verified, which we help you set up, emails come from your business address. Until then, they go out under your business name from our sending address, and any replies come straight back to you.
