Staff leaderboard for garages
Customers write about the service advisor who explained the MOT advisories in plain English and the technician who found the rattle nobody else could. Give each of them a review link and QR, and the staff leaderboard shows whose name turns up in your reviews, ready to celebrate at the end of the week.

How it works for garages
A card handed over with the keys
Each advisor’s QR goes on a small card handed over with the keys and the paperwork, or on their name badge at the desk. A scan counts as a visit for them, then opens the same review page every customer gets.
Technicians named, not just the desk
Customers often thank the mechanic who explained the repair. Add each technician with the names customers use, like Stu for Stuart, and any Google, Facebook or Trustpilot review mentioning them counts, even if they never hand out a card themselves.
Clicks, reviews and rating per person
For any week, month or custom range, see each person’s visits, review clicks, reviews naming them, conversion and average rating. Click a column to re-rank the board, and the podium shows your top three for that period at a glance.
Coaching at the service desk
Each person’s page lists the reviews that mention them, with a chart over time. New advisors can read how customers describe a great handover, from a clear walk-round of the work done to a phone call before any extra cost.
Honest MOT, no upselling, and the car was ready by lunch.
MOT season at Kilnworth Motors
Two advisors, four technicians and one friendly board
Kilnworth Motors does servicing and MOTs for most of the town, and March is always its busiest month. Priya runs the front desk and wanted her technicians to share in the praise, not just the two service advisors. She added all six to the staff leaderboard, with Mo for Mohammed, and put each advisor’s card in with the keys at handover. By the end of March, the board showed Mo named in more reviews than anyone, usually for explaining the work. Priya read them out at the Friday tea break.

The film
How the staff leaderboard gives everyone on the team their own review link and QR code, credits reviews that mention them by name, and ranks the team by visits, review clicks, reviews and conversion, with an optional public board. It works the same way for garages.

Questions
Yes. The board counts reviews that mention a person by name, whether or not they hand out a link. If customers praise the technician who sorted their clutch, those reviews count for that technician, so the workshop gets credit alongside the desk.
No. Every staff link opens your garage’s normal review page, with Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and your other sites in the order you set, and the same buttons for everyone. The link simply credits the visit and any review click to that advisor.
It sits alongside it as part of the Reputation module. Your review page, QR codes and inbox stay exactly as they are; the staff leaderboard adds a link per person and a board that ranks your team by visits, review clicks and reviews naming them.
