Review management for cafés
The people who come in every morning are your best advert, and almost none of them have reviewed you. A QR code by the till and our tap cards on the counter open your branded review page in seconds, so a review fits into the wait for a flat white.

Asked politely. Followed up for you.
- Review request Text or email, after the visit
- Friendly reminder A couple of days later
- Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves
How it works for cafés
Asked while the milk steams
The best moment is the minute or two while a drink is being made. Our tap cards and a QR code by the till make reviewing a habit, without anyone behind the counter having to ask out loud.
A code for every spot
Make a named QR code for the till, the tables and the sticker on your takeaway cups, downloadable as PNG or SVG for printing. Each one shows opens, unique visitors and review-button taps, so you know which spot works hardest.
A nudge for the school-run crowd
Regulars who join your loyalty card with a phone number or email become contacts, ready for a review request. A short text or email goes out with your café’s name, then up to two polite follow-ups that stop once they tap through.
Every review, one inbox
Google reviews arrive every hour, with Facebook and Tripadvisor once a day, alongside any private feedback a customer chose to send you. Photos of your cakes that people add to their Google reviews show up there too.
Lovely staff and honestly the best cardamom bun in Newark.
The 8am rush at Thimble Coffee
A queue of regulars and a code by the till
Thimble Coffee sits between the station and the primary school, and Hollie knows most of her 8am queue by name and order. Hardly any of them had ever reviewed her. She stuck a QR code on the till and put one of our tap cards beside the card reader. Jack, on the machine, just nods at it when someone says they love the new beans. On the first morning, a dad on the school run scanned it while his oat latte was poured and chose Google.
An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.
The film
Customers scan a QR code or tap one of our tap cards to reach a branded review page, get a friendly text or email with gentle follow-ups, can choose to give private feedback as an extra option, and every review lands in one inbox. It works the same way for cafés.

0:02You do great work, every single day. But reviews only come in when someone remembers to ask.
0:09Customers can leave a review in seconds. They scan your QR code, or simply tap their phone on one of our tap cards.
0:16It opens your branded review page, with Google marked as recommended, plus Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade, in the order you choose.
0:26After every job or visit, a friendly text or email asks for a review, then gently follows up, so you never have to chase.
0:34And if something wasn't quite right, customers can choose to tell you privately. It's an extra option, and everyone still sees the same public review buttons.
0:43Every review then lands in one inbox, with private feedback alongside, so you can stop logging in to five different sites.
0:51More five-star reviews, without the chasing. Because every fresh review gives someone nearby one more reason to choose you.

Questions
It shouldn’t. Nobody is asked at the counter unless you want to ask. The code and tap card are simply there, and any text or email is short and polite, with no more than two follow-ups. They stop as soon as the customer taps through.
Yes. The QR code and tap cards work for anyone in the queue, with no details needed. If you also run our loyalty card, members who share a phone or email become contacts, so you can send them a review request too, unless they’ve opted out.
They can record a short video on their own phone from your review page, up to two minutes, with their consent. It lands in your inbox, where you can play it and download it to use as you like, for example on your own social pages.
