Review management for electricians
Homeowners can’t inspect your wiring, so they read what other people say about you. LocalQuiver asks every customer for a review by text or email, in your business name, and sends them to a branded page with Google and Checkatrade a tap away. QR codes on the van and our tap cards help on the doorstep.

Asked politely. Followed up for you.
- Review request Text or email, after the visit
- Friendly reminder A couple of days later
- Taps through to review Follow-ups stop by themselves
How it works for electricians
The ask goes out for you
Saved templates fill in the customer’s first name and the job, so a request after an EV charger install talks about the charger. Send to contacts you pick or numbers you type in, by text or by a branded email, from your own mailbox if you like.
A review page built for trades
Customers see your review sites in the order you choose, with Google marked as recommended and Checkatrade and Trustpilot opening straight into the review box. Add an intro of up to eight branded slides if you want to say thank you properly.
Codes that show what’s working
Make a named QR code for the van, the invoice and the certificate pack you leave behind. Each one shows opens, unique visitors and review-button taps, so you can tell which spot people actually use.
Video and private feedback
Happy customers can record a short video testimonial on their own phone, with no app, which you can download and use. Anyone who’d rather tell you something privately can do that too, and it never replaces the public review buttons.
Rewired our kitchen with no mess and explained everything.
A rewire week at Brightwell Electrical
A four-day rewire, and a review page at the end
Kerry finishes a full rewire on a 1930s semi on Thursday. She leaves the certificate pack with a Brightwell QR code stuck inside the cover, and the customer goes into her contacts. That evening, a text in Brightwell’s name thanks them for their patience with the dust and links to the review page. The homeowner taps Google first. Kerry sees the pack’s QR code getting opens in her stats, so she keeps putting one in every pack.

The film
Customers scan a QR code or tap one of our tap cards to reach a branded review page, get a friendly text or email with gentle follow-ups, can choose to give private feedback as an extra option, and every review lands in one inbox. It works the same way for electricians.

0:02You do great work, every single day. But reviews only come in when someone remembers to ask.
0:09Customers can leave a review in seconds. They scan your QR code, or simply tap their phone on one of our tap cards.
0:16It opens your branded review page, with Google marked as recommended, plus Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Checkatrade, in the order you choose.
0:26After every job or visit, a friendly text or email asks for a review, then gently follows up, so you never have to chase.
0:34And if something wasn't quite right, customers can choose to tell you privately. It's an extra option, and everyone still sees the same public review buttons.
0:43Every review then lands in one inbox, with private feedback alongside, so you can stop logging in to five different sites.
0:51More five-star reviews, without the chasing. Because every fresh review gives someone nearby one more reason to choose you.

More for electricians
Questions
Yes. Add the landlord or the agent as the contact, so the request goes to the person who booked you rather than the tenant. Templates can mention the job and the date, so the message makes sense to someone looking after several properties at once.
Not exactly, and nobody can. LocalQuiver tracks who tapped through to a review site instead. Each contact shows their request history, sent, opened and clicked through, and each QR code shows its opens and taps. A tap isn’t proof a review was written.
For electricians that usually means Google, Checkatrade, Facebook and Trustpilot, and Tripadvisor is there if it ever applies. Google connects with your own sign-in and is checked every hour, customer photos included; the others are read once a day from your public page links.
