How it works for florists

01

Inspiration photos with every enquiry

Couples can attach up to five files to an enquiry, such as their dress, their colour palette or a picture they love. Each one lands in your inbox and your email together, ready for you to answer by email or phone.

02

Your photos and reviews, kept fresh

The site is built from your Google Business Profile, including your photos and customer photos, and re-reads it every hour. Up to 24 of your best four and five-star reviews show on it by themselves, with nothing to copy across.

03

A page for every kind of order

Go multi-page with a page for each service, such as weddings, sympathy flowers, workshops or corporate flowers. Every one gets its own search title, description, gallery and FAQs, plus there’s an About page for your story.

04

Open now, even on Mother’s Day

Opening hours show whether you’re open right now, including the special hours you set on Google for the busy dates. Out of hours, swap the call button for the enquiry form, so late-night planners can still get in touch.

Planning season at Larkspur & Lane

A wedding enquiry with the mood board attached

Ruth runs Larkspur & Lane from a narrow shop on a market street, and wedding enquiries used to arrive as half-finished voicemails. Her new site has a weddings page with its own gallery and FAQs on seasonal flowers. At eleven one night, a bride-to-be filled in the form and attached three photos: her dress, the venue and a bouquet she’d saved. Ruth read it over her morning coffee and called back with ideas.

An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

Questions

Yes, if you have a Shopify store: a shop page shows your products in the site’s own design, and Shopify handles the checkout. Without one, the main button can call you, open the enquiry form or go to a link you already use.

A “Show on Google” switch stays off until the site is ready, so nothing half-done gets indexed. Once it’s on, structured data and a sitemap help search engines read it properly, but nobody can promise when or where it will appear.

Not as a live feed, as social feeds don’t embed on the site. Your Google photos and reviews keep it looking fresh instead, and your Google profile can link to your Instagram so anyone who wants more of your work can find it.
