Staff leaderboard for florists
Couples remember the florist who turned a handful of photos into their wedding flowers, and customers thank whoever made the birthday bouquet. The staff leaderboard gives each person in your shop their own review link and QR, counts the reviews that name them, and shows it on one board the team will enjoy.

How it works for florists
A card tucked in with the order
Slip a small card with the florist’s QR in with each order, beside the gift message, or hand one over at the end of a wedding consultation. A scan counts as a visit for that florist, then opens your normal review page.
Wedding couples name names
After the big day, couples often write about the florist who listened at the consultation and dressed the arch. Add the names they’ll use, such as Lou for Louise, and Google, Facebook or Trustpilot reviews mentioning them count for that person.
Mother’s Day and Valentine’s, side by side
Pick a custom range for Mother’s Day week or the Valentine’s rush and see who was named most, how many visits each person’s card brought and the average rating of the reviews naming them. Click a column to rank by whatever matters to you.
Credit for the Saturday helper
Part-timers and Saturday helpers can join the board too, with no limit on numbers. When a customer thanks the person who wrapped their flowers, that review counts for them, and seeing their name on the podium is a lovely moment for someone new.
Our wedding flowers were even more beautiful than we imagined.
June weddings at Larkmoss Flowers
Two florists, a Saturday helper and a podium
Larkmoss Flowers is a small shop that does most of its weddings between May and September. Ruth, who owns it, noticed couples thanking her florists by name and wanted to show them. She added Imogen, Lou and Rosie, her Saturday helper, to the staff leaderboard, and tucked each florist’s QR card in with the wedding orders they had made. By the end of June, the board showed Imogen named most often, with Rosie on the podium for her bouquet wrapping. Ruth printed it and stuck it beside the cutting bench.

The film
How the staff leaderboard gives everyone on the team their own review link and QR code, credits reviews that mention them by name, and ranks the team by visits, review clicks, reviews and conversion, with an optional public board. It works the same way for florists.

Questions
Not at all. Anyone who scans the florist’s card, whether that’s the buyer or the person receiving the bouquet, counts as a visit and sees your normal review page. If their review mentions the florist by name, it counts for that florist too.
No. The board matches names in the review text, so it shows who customers mention rather than who made what. It’s a friendly way to share praise with the person being thanked, not a record of who arranged which bouquet.
It can be. Even without handing out a card, the board ranks you both by the reviews that name you, from every connected review site, and each person’s page gathers those reviews in one place, handy for picking favourites to share on your own social pages.
