Digital loyalty cards for florists
Plenty of people buy flowers on a whim, then forget which shop they used. A digital stamp or points card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet keeps your shop on their phone, with a reward you choose, a lock-screen update for every stamp, and no app to download.

How it works for florists
Join at the counter
A QR poster on the counter opens your branded join page. Customers give a name, and an email or phone if you ask, and the card saves to their wallet. Anyone who shares contact details also becomes a contact, ready for a review request.
Stamps or points, your call
A stamp card suits a regular weekly bunch, from 2 to 12 stamps before a reward. A points card works out points from spend, with a rewards menu, which suits customers who mix small posies with the odd big bouquet.
Quick to stamp at the till
Scan the card’s QR with the shop tablet or your phone, or find the member by name, phone or code. Staff use a PIN-protected link with no login and three access levels, so a Saturday helper only sees what they need.
A gentle nudge before the peaks
Send a wallet offer to members who ticked the offers box, for example those with a reward ready ahead of Mother’s Day. There are sensible limits, so nobody gets more than one message from you every three days.
Friday flowers at Petal & Paperwhite
A stamp card for the Friday-bunch crowd
Petal & Paperwhite sits next to a busy station, and plenty of commuters grab a bunch on the way home on Fridays. Owner Siân set up a stamp card in her colours with a free bunch on the eighth stamp, and put a QR poster beside the till. Commuters join while she wraps their flowers, and each stamp lights up their lock screen. Before Mother’s Day, she sent a wallet message to members with a reward ready.
An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.
The film
Stamp or points cards in Apple and Google Wallet: customers join from the counter-poster QR with no app, staff stamp by scanning with any phone camera, and updates, offers and a nearby prompt arrive on the lock screen. It works the same way for florists.

Questions
Not yet. You can ask for a date of birth when people join, but there are no birthday rewards or birthday messages. Offers go out as wallet notifications to members who opted in, to everyone or to groups like lapsed or reward-ready members.
No account and no app. After a name, and whatever else you choose to ask for, the card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a couple of taps. It sits on their phone with their tickets and passes, so it’s there whenever they pass your door.
There’s one card per business, so pick the type that suits most of your customers. A stamp card is simplest for regular bunches, while a points card copes better with mixed spending, from small posies to bigger orders.
