Social media management for florists

A photo of a bouquet is lovely. A customer saying it made their mum cry happy tears is better. The Social Agent turns your best new five-star reviews into posts in your shop’s colours and font, writes the caption and shares them to Instagram, Facebook and Google for you.

How it works for florists

01

Praise beside your flower photos

Your feed is already full of flowers you’ve made. Review posts add what customers felt about them, set on a card with your logo, colours and font, so they look like part of your feed rather than an advert.

02

Your own flowers as the backdrop

Use your own photos of bouquets and the shop as card backgrounds, or let AI make one from your logo and colours. You approve the designs once, from Quote, Bold, Rating and Milestone, and the agent only uses those.

03

Stories on Instagram and Facebook

Each review goes out as a square post on every account you’ve connected, plus a 9:16 story on Instagram and Facebook. Choose daily, every three days or weekly, and only five-star reviews from the last 30 days qualify.

04

Share the special ones yourself

When a bride writes something wonderful, share it from your inbox straight away: pick a design, edit the AI caption and post or download it. On plans that include it, you can make an animated quote video for Instagram too.

Valentine’s week at Hollyhock Studio

The review that went up while roses went out

Valentine’s week at Hollyhock Studio means Esme and her sister wrapping roses until midnight, with no time to think about Instagram. A customer left a five-star Google review about a last-minute bouquet that saved his evening. The Social Agent spotted it, set his words on a quote card over one of Esme’s own photos of red ranunculus, and shared it to Instagram, Facebook and Google with a story. Esme only noticed when a friend liked it.

An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

The film

How the Social Agent turns your best fresh five-star review into a branded post and story on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, on the rhythm you choose, plus sharing by hand and post stats. It works the same way for florists.

0:03When you're busy looking after customers, social media is the first thing to slip. And your pages go quiet for weeks.

0:10So you approve your designs once. Then your Social Agent picks your best fresh five-star review from the last thirty days.

0:18It turns it into a branded card, in your colours, logo and font, and writes a short caption to go with it.

0:25Then it shares a square post to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, plus a story on Instagram and Facebook.

0:35Daily, every three days, or weekly. And if there's no fresh five-star review, it posts nothing. No filler.

0:43Want to share one yourself? Pick any review, choose a design, edit the caption, then post it now, or download it.

0:51And the Posts tab shows the views, likes, comments and shares. Your happiest customers, doing your marketing for you.

Questions

No. The Social Agent shares reviews, not a daily photo diary. It sets a customer’s words on a branded card, sometimes over your own flower photos, and posts nothing at all if no fresh five-star review has come in. Your own flower posts carry on as normal.

No. It posts for you, and the Posts tab shows views, likes, comments and shares from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, but replying to comments and direct messages stays with you, the same as it is today.

On autopilot, it picks the best fresh five-star review that hasn’t been shared before. If you want a particular one out, say a glowing wedding review ahead of a bridal fair, share it by hand from your inbox at any time.
