Social media management for pubs and bars

Nothing sells a pub like someone else saying it’s brilliant. The Social Agent takes your best new five-star reviews, turns them into posts in your colours and logo, writes a short caption and shares them to Facebook, Instagram and Google for you, with a story on Instagram and Facebook too.

How it works for pubs and bars

01

Real reviews, not filler

It only picks five-star reviews from the last 30 days that have real words in them and haven’t been shared before. If a quiet week brings none, nothing goes out, so your page never fills up with posts for the sake of it.

02

In your pub’s own look

Choose from Quote, Bold, Rating and Milestone designs, set in your colours, logo and font, with backgrounds made from your branding or your own photos of the bar. You approve the designs once, and the agent sticks to them.

03

Share the good one by hand

When a review about the band or the roast lands, share it straight from your inbox: pick a design, tweak the caption and post it now or download it. On plans that include it, there’s an animated quote video too.

04

See what people liked

The Posts tab shows views, likes, comments and shares from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, so you can see which reviews struck a chord with locals. Google doesn’t give out those numbers, so its posts show without them.

Match day at The Tinker’s Hare

A regular’s match-day review, on every feed

Dan pours, his partner Ellie does the books, and neither has time for Instagram. When a regular left a glowing Google review about watching the derby on the big screen with a proper pie, the Social Agent picked it up and turned it into a quote card in The Tinker’s Hare’s green and gold. It went to Facebook, Instagram and their Google profile, with a story too, and Ellie spotted it in the Posts tab over breakfast.

An illustration of how it works, not a real customer.

The film

How the Social Agent turns your best fresh five-star review into a branded post and story on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, on the rhythm you choose, plus sharing by hand and post stats. It works the same way for pubs and bars.

Questions

No. The Social Agent shares your reviews as branded posts; it doesn’t write event listings or reply to comments, so it isn’t a full social media manager. Keep posting your line-up as you do now, and the review posts sit alongside, showing what guests thought of last week’s band.

You approve the designs once at the start. After that, the agent only uses those designs, picks the fresh five-star reviews and posts on the rhythm you chose. You can still share any review by hand from the inbox whenever you like.

If no fresh five-star review comes in, nothing is posted, and there’s no filler to fill the gap. Pairing it with our tap cards and review requests helps keep new reviews coming, which gives the Social Agent more to share.
