Social media management for restaurants

A guest’s own words often say more than any caption you could write. Our Social Agent takes your best fresh five-star review, sets it on a card in your colours and shares it to Facebook, Instagram and Google, so your pages keep moving on the nights you’re too busy to post.

How it works for restaurants

01

Real words, never filler

It picks a five-star review from the last 30 days that hasn’t been shared before. If none has come in, it simply doesn’t post, so your feed never fills up with stock photos and empty specials.

02

Designs you approve once

Choose from quote, bold, rating and milestone designs in your colours, logo and font. You approve the designs once and the agent only uses those, with backgrounds made from your brand or your own photos of the dining room.

03

Square posts and stories

Each review goes out as a square post on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok if you use it, with a 9:16 story on Instagram and Facebook. Choose daily, every three days or weekly, depending on how many reviews you get.

04

Share a favourite by hand

Got a review that names your new head chef? Pick it in the inbox, choose a design, edit the caption and post it now or download it. The Posts tab shows likes, comments and shares from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

A wet Tuesday at Casa Ferro

Saturday’s praise on Instagram by Tuesday

Luca at Casa Ferro is happy to cook all day and dreads writing captions. The Social Agent posts every three days. On Tuesday it picked a five-star review from Saturday about the hand-rolled pappardelle and the warm welcome, set it on a card in the restaurant’s terracotta and cream, and shared it to Facebook, Instagram and Google with a story alongside. Luca still posts his own photos of the specials board when service allows.

The film

How the Social Agent turns your best fresh five-star review into a branded post and story on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, on the rhythm you choose, plus sharing by hand and post stats. It works the same way for restaurants.

Questions

No, and we won’t pretend it does. The Social Agent shares your reviews as branded posts, which keeps your pages active and full of genuine praise. Photos of tonight’s specials are still best coming from you, and you can keep posting those as normal.

No. It posts for you but doesn’t answer comments or messages, so those stay with you or your team. The Posts tab shows how each post did across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Google doesn’t share those numbers.

Then it doesn’t post. It only uses five-star reviews with real words from the last month that haven’t been shared yet, so a slow week means a quiet feed rather than filler. Asking more guests for reviews is the fix, and review requests do exactly that.
