Social media management for cafés
Your customers already say lovely things about you, in reviews hardly anyone reads. Our Social Agent turns your best fresh five-star review into a card in your café’s colours and shares it to Instagram, Facebook and Google, with a story too, so your feed stays alive on the days you can’t look up.

“Best flat white in Newark, no contest.”

Only fresh five-star words
It picks a five-star review with real words from the last 30 days that hasn’t been shared before. A quiet week means no post at all, never a filler photo of an empty cup or a stock coffee bean.
Cards that look like your café
Your colours, logo and font on quote, bold, rating and milestone designs, approved by you once. Backgrounds come from your brand, or from your own photos of the counter, the cakes and the window seat.
Stories as well as posts
Every share goes out square on Instagram, Facebook and Google, with a 9:16 story on Instagram and Facebook for the morning scroll. Daily, every three days or weekly, whichever suits how often your reviews arrive.
Hand-pick a favourite
Someone wrote about the new seasonal latte? Pick that review in your inbox, choose a design, tweak the AI caption and post it now, or download it to share yourself. On plans that include it, you can make an animated quote video too.

Sunday’s review, Wednesday’s Instagram story
Sam does Bramley Yard’s Instagram when he remembers, which isn’t often in summer. The Social Agent is set to every three days. On Wednesday it picked a five-star Google review from Sunday that mentioned the halloumi stack and the friendly welcome for dogs. It set the words on a sage-green card with the café’s logo, shared it to Instagram, Facebook and Google, and added a story. Sam still posts the odd photo of a new bake when the oven timer gives him a moment.

Questions
No, and we’re clear about that. It shares your genuine reviews as branded posts, which keeps your accounts active and full of real praise. It doesn’t reply to comments or messages, and your own photos of new bakes are still yours to post.
Yes. It can post to TikTok alongside Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, one account each. Stories go to Instagram and Facebook only. A review you share by hand can also become an animated quote video on plans that include it.
The Posts tab shows views, likes, comments and shares from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, post by post. Google doesn’t provide those numbers, so posts there show as shared without any figures beside them.
