Staff leaderboard for vets
Pet owners remember the nurse who sat with their nervous spaniel and the receptionist who squeezed them in on a Saturday. With the staff leaderboard, each member of your practice gets their own review link and QR, and you can see whose name comes up in reviews, ready to share at the next team huddle.

How it works for vets
A QR on every name badge
Vets, nurses and receptionists can each wear their QR on a name badge or carry one of our tap cards. When an owner scans it in the waiting room, the visit counts for that person, and your usual review page opens with the same buttons for everyone.
The names owners really use
Clients often write a first name, or Nurse followed by one. Add the short names they use, such as Jo for Joanna, and every Google or Facebook review that mentions them counts. A one-word name needs its capital letter, so stray words aren’t miscounted.
A board by the staff-room kettle
Turn on the optional public leaderboard for the screen in the staff room or a printout by the kettle. It updates on its own in your practice’s branding, ranked by reviews, review clicks or visits, and you can switch it off at any time.
Kind words worth passing on
Each person’s page gathers the reviews that mention them. On a tough week, reading what owners wrote about a nurse’s care is a lovely thing to share, and it helps newer team members see what clients value most.
Took such good care of our spaniel, and kept us updated all day.
Puppy season at Brookhallow Vets
A small-animal practice finds its quiet stars
Brookhallow Vets is a small-animal practice with three vets, four nurses and two receptionists. Hannah, the practice manager, knew owners often named staff in reviews, but the praise was scattered across Google and Facebook. She added everyone to the staff leaderboard, with Bea as a nickname for Beatrice, and gave each person a QR for their name badge. After the first month, the board showed Bea and Callum, a receptionist, named most often. Hannah printed the podium for the staff-room wall, and Callum took a photo of it for his mum.

The film
How the staff leaderboard gives everyone on the team their own review link and QR code, credits reviews that mention them by name, and ranks the team by visits, review clicks, reviews and conversion, with an optional public board. It works the same way for vets.

Questions
No. It doesn’t connect to your practice software or appointment list. It counts visits to each person’s link and the reviews that name them, so it reflects who owners choose to mention, not who looked after which animal.
You add whoever you like, and there’s no limit on numbers, so a locum can join for a few months and be archived when they move on. Archived people drop off the board, but their link still counts for them if an owner scans an old card.
Yes. With no links handed out, the board automatically ranks your team by the reviews that name them, along with the average rating of those reviews. Visits and review clicks come back as soon as someone’s link is first scanned.
